Whee it's a quick portrait of mr. Edgar Allan Poe and I'm sure you all know who he was. If you don't, tsk tsk, shame on you!

This took roughly two hours with Photoshop and my wacom table.

Background texture from thppt-stock.

And you can look at the original photo of mr. Poe here and compare it to my version. Oh, I know my Poe looks much younger and quite different than the photoref. and I like it so. What the eff would be the point of 100% tracing the photo? :/

p.s. Of course there could not be Edgar Allan Poe portrait without a raven
