A portrait of the summoner Yuna from Final Fantasy X, because she is beautiful. I used the official portrait as a painting referance. I painted her first in Painter, added some texture with PSP and finished the light effects with OpenCanvas. I think the result's quite good ^^
First of all, she's easily recognizable, which is always only a good thing. I've seen too much FF fanart that really doesn't have anything to do with the games themselves.
Getting that out of the way, I think she looks great. The only thing I sort of miss is her black bra underneath the white... whatever robe it is, but I presume this is a more formal costume than the default adventure outfit.

Contest winners will be featured in a news article and a journal entry--as well as other fabulous prizes. Please read this article for more information on how you can participate!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

This contest serves two purposes: Raising awareness about human trafficking and raising funds for the Not For Sale organization.
Open to all mediums. Deadline is March 10, 2010 @ 11:59pm PST.
